Terms & Conditions
Reservations are based upon occupancy of up to two adults per room. Each additional person over the age of seventeen (17) will incur a charge of $20.00++ per person, per day. Unregistered guests will not be granted access to resort amenities.
Primary registered guest must be 21+ to check in with valid photo ID.
Check In: 4 p.m. Check Out: 11 a.m. (An additional charge may be incurred if your room is found to be occupied past this time. Late check out requests are based on room availability and offered at the discretion of the resort.)
Early Departure Policy: Early departures will result in a full charge of room & tax/fees up to the entire stay.
Debit and Credit Cards: Authorized at check-in for the remainder of your stay plus an additional $100 per day for anticipated incidentals. Any unused authorizations will be released at checkout. Please note that it can take between 3 - 10 business days for the financial institution to redeposit these funds.
All requests, whether made at the time of booking or upon arrival, are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
Ocean Place Resort & Spa is the holder of a New Jersey State Liquor License. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the resort and outside beverages are prohibited.
Ocean Place Resort & Spa is a smoke free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on premises, including in the guest room or on the balcony. To preserve our smoke-free environment, a minimum fee of $400 will be charged to return the guestroom to its natural state.
Please be courteous of your neighbors and avoid excessive noise by closing your doors softly and avoiding noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Complaints will be taken seriously.
